You can delete your Unchained account and the data associated with it at any time. This page applies to the Unchained app on Android, iOS, and the web, published by JolleyTech, LLC.
1. Delete your account inside the app
- Open Unchained and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab, then Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. You are signed out immediately and the deletion is scheduled.
There is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by signing in again and choosing Cancel deletion on the same screen. After 30 days the deletion is permanent.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email jolleytech+unchainedlegal@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete my Unchained account. We verify the request by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, Google or Apple sign-in link).
- Your alert rules, alert history, watchlist, connected wallet addresses, predictions, XP and achievements, and notification preferences.
- Your registered devices and push-notification tokens.
- Your Telegram link, if you connected one.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Billing records for paid subscriptions are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They contain your email address and the amounts paid; they do not contain card numbers, which are held only by our payment processor.
- Encrypted backups of our database may contain your data for a limited time after deletion, until those backups are rotated out.
- Aggregated market data (prices, on-chain activity, whale transfers) is not personal data and is not affected.
5. Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete your account to remove individual items. Alert rules, watchlist entries, connected wallets, and devices can each be removed from their own screens in the app. Signing out of a device removes its push-notification token.
